This Privacy Policy explains how SDLA ("SDLA," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit sdlosangeles.com (the "Site") or contact us about our services. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP (Internet Protocol) address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This is used for security and to keep the Site running.

2. Cookies and tracking

The Site does not currently use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to deliver and secure the Site. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.

They may use your information only to perform services for us.
• Legal and safety recipients when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SDLA, our clients, or others.
• Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.

5. Data retention

We keep contact form submissions and email correspondence only as long as needed to respond to you and for reasonable business records. Client information is kept for the length of the engagement and as required for tax, legal, or accounting purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

6. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your California privacy rights

Because we do not track visitors across third-party websites, the Site does not change its behavior in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
